If you are getting married at CHCC who is your banquet manager? We were assigned to Leo but I am having a hard time getting a hold of him. Also if you do have Leo would anyone happen to have his email address?

I am starting to get worried about Leo. I had asked him a couple of questions at the last payment session we had and he said he would get back to me with the answers via email but still has not. Yesterday when I went to drop off my final payment he was not available for us when he was supposed to because he was still with a client. They had another gentleman take the payment and he was SOOO helpful in getting us a total estimate for the day of and Leo said he couldnt do that the last time we asked. I left a phone call for him and its been a couple of days with no return. ....Not sure what I should do??

we've been dealing with Mitch, and i've been very happy with him. if you feel very uncomfortable with your BM i would suggest asking to change to another one. only cause i was always told 'make sure you like your BM cause it can either make or break your day'

Since you are so helpful..!!! are you using a house florist?? I just realized the contract says house florist but was told by Leo that i just needed a vendor with insurance...SO CoNFUSED!
we haven't picked a florist, but we are definitely not using a house florist. my FH's aunt recommended someone who lives near her in Bellerose, and mentioned that she can get us a discount, so w're going to use them. From my understanding, CH's house florists are VERY costly.

Yes that is why we did not want to go with one...Yay!! ok I feel alot better knowing I'm not the only one!
