She was my banquet manager and I looooved her. She was so great and responsive. I'm pissed!!
No one even called to tell me. I called to speak with her and they passed me around to ten people before they send sorry shes on a leave of absence. And when I asked how long they said indefinitely.
They haven't even assigned new banquet managers. I need to meet with someone and start all over now.
arg....I have to go review my contract this weekend. We spoke about some things she was adding which I was calling to follow up on and now I'm scared she might not have put it down.

Ugh...sorry to hear that. Why would they say leave of absence? She's not my BM-we have Janet. They should honor anything extras she promised you and for that price. Try to speak with Sharon. I think she's the head BM over there.

Don't worry, this happened to me. They assigned me to Sharon & I got more stuff thrown in & everything on my contract was honored. Make a stink about it, if they know you are annoyed they will do everything to please you--that is what they did for me.

aww don't worry...sharon will do an amazing job for you and you'll get extra stuff thrown in and it'll be even better than you had before
btw, has anyone heard anything (good or bad)about mitchell at chcc?? He is who i met with and he's ok so far...but i've been thinking about switching to sharon?

I had intiially booked with leo and then worked with Helen at the end and she was really good. Whoever is reassigned to work with you will do a great job. I had a great experience with everyone I delt with there for my wedding. You really should not worry

Sorry to hear that... This happened to me at the Woodlands too.. Its just HEARTBREAKING but your wedding will be just as good anyway, with or without her!!!!!
