I was told that they can do the standard cake as a circle or square for the same price. I'm going to do mine square and have the florist add some flowers, my budget has no room for a fancy cake
i didn't know they could do it as a square; thanks for the info!
i'm just gonna put the crystal cake banding around each tier.
Where are you getting your crystal banding from?? I wanna do that too but I have no idea how much to order or what size!
i actually went to B&Q trimming in the city and bought a yard of 24 line ribbon (it was $100). - im having three bok wraps made (one for me and one for each of my two mohs) and im gonna use the excess for my cake

Re: CHCC cakes
my florist said he would decorate the cake for free with flowers or petals...whatever i want. so maybe speak with them before purchasing anything if that would be of interest to you....

Re: CHCC cakes
So happy this thread was posted! I don't remember the picture CHCC showing me of the standard cake looking exactly like the one posted. If so, I will also buy the trimming for it. My florist already said she will throw in some flowers for the cake. I will stop by Dortoni's bakery one day to taste a few fillings. Did you tell them the flavor you wanted that day or are you telling CHCC at your meeting?

CHCC lied to me!! They said they made the cake in house. I'm not very happy about that right now
