Wish I could help, but dont know too much about this! My FH and I aren't going with it because they give you a plated dessert plus cake. We figured our guests would be stuffed and drunk :)

Re: chcc viennese hour

actually i have been to numerous weddings where they had a vieness table and honestly i dont think its necessary by the time they are done with coctail hour and dinner they will be stuffed at least thats how i felt when i went to a wedding i was soo full. but its up to you its your day you do what you want!!

chcc viennese hour

Went to a wedding at CHCC about a month ago, I loved the VH! It had a really great selection. But I also have a huge sweet tooth and dessert is my favorite part of a meal, so I always love VH's. I thought theirs was one of the best I've seen though.

I went to a wedding last year at CHCC and the VH was awesome, so many yummy desserts and even a sundae bar (don't know if that' always included) but that being said I agree with newlyengaged75. People eat so much during cocktail hour (which was also amazing at CHCC) that I don't think you need more than a plated dessert with the wedding cake unless your budget really allows for it. HTH!!!

I went to a friends wedding at CHCC and they had the viennese and it was a huge hit. They had so many different options, also liquers and cordials served in chocolate shot glasses, which was a big hit with our crowd. I liked it because I'm nto a huge cake person, but I do love make your own sundae's!!
