Wedding's coming up, and I am afraid my girls are gonna be cold in their gowns. I am looking for some ideas for a cheap shawl or covering. I have already forked over the money for their dresses, shoes, jewelry, etc. I have to finish the look, but I can't spend any more.
And then what to do about their hair???

go into the city and around time square especially in this weather there is street vendors selling pashminas in all colors and cheap

i got my girls pashmina shawls on amazon for $10 a piece. plus they got here in like 3 days.
