Cheap Futon needed

I am remodeling a small room in my parents house for my sister for her birthday. She's accepted the fact that she won't be moving out anytime soon and I want to make this room really nice.

I need to get a futon that's really inexpensive - where should I go??? I looked at target.com and the frames alone were about $179 - any suggestions????
