for anyone still looking for hairpieces, walk around the garment district in nyc. they have them for anywhere between $2 (hairpins) to $50 (full crowns).

b&q bridal inc. at 210 w. 38th had quite a few selections, but you can really find it anywhere around there. there's a lot of little jewelry places and all the sewing notions store.
