My cousin is on a budget and I told her to check into Ariana Waterfall and she said their prices are great but I dn't want that to be her only option........Can anyone recommend any other all inclusive places that are budget friendly?

Re: cheap RH but nice
I think the Brentwood CC does an all-inclusive package.
Not sure of what her budget is but if she will consider a Friday Night or Sunday in the winter she can get great deals at a lot of places.
I looked at Majestic Garden in Rocky Point and they had great prices. So did the Miller Place Inn.

thank you!!!!! Ariana waterfall had complete packages from 9500-11500. She really doesn't want to past 11500 or 100 people.

Re: cheap RH but nice
I'm not sure about all-inclusive places, but I've heard that weddings held on Thursdays can be about 1/2 the price of a weekend wedding, which can really be a huge difference if she's willing to do that.

I looked at Timber Point Country Club, believe the quote was about $65/head for a Saturday night in December. It was very pretty.

When i was looking for RH's i checked into Verdi's of Whitestone they don't have a bridal suite but they were charging $63 pp. I was quoted this for October. The room itself is gorgeous, huge chandeliers very clean looking but just no bridal suite.

This goes to show how much the season affects price, because my Saturday night July wedding at Timber Point was about 100pp. So definitely tell her to look off-season, and on Friday or Sunday...I bet she can have it at a fabulous place for much less!!!

ITA...second Brentwood CC. You get a lot for your money there and it isn't off a busy road, it is on a gold course. Their BM Scott was extremely nice and not your typical salesperson. It is also one event at a time. The room is nice, bathrooms updated and they are putting a tent right outside for an outside cocktail hour. She should check it out. I liked their vendors.
Mediterrean Manor is nice, food is good, there rooms were a bit small for me...it would have been tight.
Beach Club Estate is another all inclusive...love the outside - right on Lake Ronkonkoma...dance floor was too small for our group. Our guest list grew from 100 to 175.
HTH!

Re: cheap RH but nice
Douglaston Manor is running a GREAT package deal for a Fri or Sun night from this Nov. til Feb 2010. It's $8995 up to 100 guests. I think you need a min of 100 guests, but it really includes everything.
Good Luck!

Im getting married at JT as well this fourth of July weekend on a Sunday and defintely saved money. It was about a difference of 10K between saturday ans Sunday. That sealed the deal for me!
