cheap tea-light holders in bulk?

I know someone way back when posted a link to an excellent, cheap, buy-in-bulk wedding accessory website and I cannot find it in my notes anywhere. Since I am going through wedding withdrawal, I am helping two of my friends plan and cut costs for their upcoming nuptials! We need about 400 tea light holders for roughly 60 cents each. Is that possible? Could be more if the candle comes with it.....

anyone have ideas where I can look for her?

I think we bought a bag of 100 from Ikea for about $5-7. This was a long time ago but we still have some left.

i think IKEA sells about 100 tea lights for around 9 dollars - they dont come with holders though.

Try Micheals -- I think the holders are 3/$1.00 when they are on sale.

septbride - no, unfortunately I don't think that was the thread/website. That one was for votive candles/holders. She is looking for tealights. They did have some at Micheals when I went a few months ago but 400 holders?
