I would like to do the same thing but I do not know how to give the guest their favor. My tables are not that big so I can not leave them at their seat. What are you planning (if you don't mind sharing).

you could go to your local liquor store and ask them if they will give you a discount on cases. there are some nice wines that you can get for 5-6 per bottle. where do you live? because i know of a place in islandia that will give you a discount (forget how much) when you buy by the case.

Best Cellars in NYC specializes in inexpensive wines - I don't know what their delivery options are outside Manhattan, but it might be worth a phone call.

If you want, the caterer will set them up on a table and have one of the waitresses or a hostess give them out towards the end. That's my plan!
