i have too twice. no problems at all! they're extremely reputable, and usually offer the cheapest packages. i highly recommend them!

We were going to book through them they had a great price but I would suggest pricing the same package through expedia we saved $300!

FH and I have used them many times for basically all of our trips. We also were part of the swine flu disaster a few years ago when we booked our Mexico Trip. I cant not say how helpful they were rebooking us to a whole new location and also last minute!
