Invites went out in the mail todayyyyy!!!!! Can't wait to start getting the RSVPs!!!!!
The lady at the PO was such a biotch though! I went 2 weeks ago and got them weighed and was told they were exactly 2 oz, so I could use the 64cent wedding cake stamp. When my mom went to mail them today the lady was like, some of these are over 2 oz. My mom was like, they are identical, so if one is 2 oz, they all are. The lady was like nope, they aren't I'm gonna have to charge you another 44cent stamp for each (which would be an additional like $50!!!) My mom got super pissed and spoke to the manager who re-calibrated the scale, and sure enough they were allllll exactly 2 oz. My mom stayed and watched her hand-cancel them all cuz she didn't trust her to. And THEN, she did the same thing with our international invites, but my mom was so fed up she paid the each $3 and got them sent out.
Anyways...sooo excited for everyone to get them in the mail!!!!
