I've been so overwhelmed lately, it feels good to get somethings done -
rehearsal date set - check! RD - check (thanks FILs!) Groom's cake ordered - Check!!
I am so excited about the groom's cake! It will look something like this . . . (kittygags' pic). We got the same one, but it will be on a half sheet cake airbrushed with gold to look like the stadium dirt! So cool. Hope he likes it / hope the Yankees don't start S ucking before June 12. . . .
It feels good to get anything done at this point!!! Thank youuuuuuu!!!

Yes - get this - first they said we could have the Saturday before our wedding, 6/19 - and then told us that is the weekend of the church block party so it would literally be a circus, haha. So, we pushed it forward to the 12th so we could have better parking available, etc. It's amazing the things they conveniently forget to tell us.
Have you guys completed the tear out section of your 'Together for Life' book? We've been working on it. That is super confusing, btw. Are you meeting with the priest again or just handing that in at your rehearsal? WHy are they so casual about all this?
