Royal Brass. $250. That was the cheapest I could get it for. ( My brother is a Sargent in NYPD, but I asked him to get me a bag piper in MAY and still no check- I am impatient!)

Yayyyy!!!! I'm having a bagpiper, too! We asked a family friend (who's invited to the wedding) so I'm hoping he does it as part of our gift.
