FH and I got our marriage license this morning. In there by 8:40, out by 9:05am.. :)

Do it in the city if you can. It's all the way downtown but so easy and finish the application online before you go.

We're actually doing it at the town of Huntington--they close at 7:30 on Fridays and take appts for marriage licenses! It worked out perfectly that neither one of us has to take off work.
