I found my DOJ!! I went to one store and found the comb and bracelets 1st. I liked all 3 and couldn't make up my mind so I bought all 3! I went to another store and found the earrings and necklace set and it matches one of the bracelets perfectly! All of this for less than $30!! You can't beat that! All of the jewelry I was looking at online was so much more. I only plan to wear this once so to spend less than $30 was fantastic! The photo isn't great, it all sparkles so nice in person. The jewelry stores are located in the city on 31st and broadway if anyone wants to check it out. Thanks to Eunified for letting me know!
Where did u get the bracelets which store? One of time I think would completely match my belt!

I believe it was called Earrings Plaza. Both stores are located on 31st and broadway. One is in the corner, the other a few stores down. I almost missed the bracelets, I was about to leave but we started looking at rings for fun and the bracelets were right across from there on the 2nd floor.
