Ladies, we are two months away so I thought it was time we all checked in.
I had my shower on June 19th (see other post about it). My invitations went out already and have already gotten about 20 RSVPs back already. I ordered and received bubbles I ordered for the church. I am going for my second fitting next Saturday. Going to pick out the menu and linens in about 2 weeks.
I think that is all I can think of right now.
How about all the other September brides?

I did some 'research' and found out that my shower is on July 31st. We are getting the address on the invites next week and sending them out on the 26th. We don't have to pick out our menu until 6 weeks before. FH got his tux, My dress is not even in yet! But I am going to stay calm, I would like to lose 8 more lbs before I go for the fittings anyway.
and now I am just trying to find the perfect gifts for the bridal party and my aunt and uncle.

Envelopes are at calligrapher Invites should arrive tomorrow July 29..fly into NY July 30th meeting with hall to pick menu and linens Shower August 1st sometime during that 6 day trip meet with minister, meet with florist and pick flowers (so behind), meet with wedding coordinator, get marriage license and probably a million other things
Please do tell me what I am forgetting
Oh dress not in yet, who knows when fitting is, veil still has to be made as does headpiece...AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

OK, my turn : ) Just got the call my dress is in, scheduled a first fitting for July 21st, can't wait! Invites are out, RSVP's coming in like crazy... Need gifts for bridesmaids Favors OOT gift bags Table numbers and placecards Menu and flowers need finalizing. Marriage license... Shuttles for OOT guests. I think that is all, maybe some little things...

The invites are all addressed. I just have to seal them and put the stamps on. I am aiming for July 7th to send them out.
FG dress arrived yesterday from Ebay. I love it and it was only $39.99 ($49.99 with shipping).
I am 1/3 of the way through preparing my favors. I have a white box filled with candy, those are all filled. I thied bows around and attached the donation scrolls to 1/3 of them. If it rains this weekend I plan to do 1/3 more!
We made our menu yesterday and picked linens. We only owe $2000 to the hall!!!!!! YIPPEE!
The bridesmaid dresses are not in yet. They should be in before Aug first.
I have to scheedule my fitting, I am going to do it at the end of July.
My shower is July 24th
A few weeks ago I booked hair and make-up. I might do another trial to see how I will lok with all the changes I requested.
We have to buy parents gifts. The girls and 2 of the guys are done.
My guestbook is here... we ordered on from My Publisher with pictures of us in it.

FH took care of the tuxes
I had my first fitting (I will post pics tonight... they are huge and need to be resized)
My FG (FH's daughter) will try her dress on this weekend, I know it will be big so I will have to look into alterations for her.
We still need to get favors, we want to give wine, but I am worried that it will turn before the wedding so I want to put this off as long as possible.
My MOH needs to schedule her fittings.
We need to get our license
We need to book our HM!!!
I still need to get Hair and make-up people.
I just got a call yesterday from Carlyle to come in for our menu/linens meeting. I'm excited about this one.
Have one or two more meetings with the pastor.
AHHHH!!! WE NEED OUR RINGS!!! I knew I was leaving something out.
I'm sure there is more, but I'm drawing a huge blank in the shape of a wedding cake.

Met w/ photographer this morning. Loved her work and she gave us an AMAZING deal!

Pay off limos
Finalize and print programs
Seating chart and place cards
Put favors together
Finalize dj play list
Waiting for BM dresses to come in then get girls fit
Get grooms cake
Settle rehearsal dinner menu
And so much more that I can't even think of right now.
Oh yeah we still didn't pay off our wedding bands yet!!
