Rated one of the top 10 hotels in the WORLD!!!! This is our room! City view executive room! with a nice balcony and HUGE flat screen TV and sound proof doors! I can't wait!!! ALL thanks to FH's dad for having TONS of HILTON points!!



I am pretty sure we also have access to this executive lounge



this lounge comes with free breafast and hordourves, light lunch, and drinks throughout the day. as well as newspaper and telephone use to mention a few things...otherwise the prices of food there is OUTRAGEOUS! A mini bottle of coke is 8EUROS! which is like 10 buck! and a burger is close to $50 bucks, lol!

i am SOOOOO freakin excited!!!!

yeah the prices of food is outrageous! They have a michelin rated restaurant and the least expensive dinner for 2 there is 240 euros....which is alittle over $350 in USD! prices go up to $650 EURO for an 8 course meal for two...that is almost 1K!!! i think we will be eating in town, lol!

i know it is crazy...but also remember hotels anywhere charge more for things, even here. Check frommers and maybe message boards to find great restaurants, especially great finds like a small local place that will have even better food than bigger restaurants. I have a list of every restaurant in the area and their price range, and even tells you how much it is per plate on average

Remember that italian lady who owned a restaurant in italy and rosie o'donnelle brought her on her show bc EVERYBODY would go there...she owned her own restaurant, a small place and she did all the cooking but they say the food is insanely delicious and best pasta. It was so good word spread and even tons of celebrities started going there and driving just to get to where she is which i dont know if it was in a major city. Im dying to go there, just to know its supposed to be some of the best pasta is reason enough for me

LOL the food prices seem nuts!! Good thing you have the club room!!! Plus you will be in a city with excellent food, so its not like it will matter- Im sure there are a ton of great places to eat outside the hotel.

great idea! i should research that! There is also one of Italy's top rated restaurants in the small town we are staying in Amalfi coast! so we might decide to go there instead. It's probably more intimate since it's in the middle of nowhere

DEFINITELY go on frommers.com, theres even a mb for each place, so go to search and put in italy or even specific towns in italy. There will be a MB for italy and people talk about their trip and many who have been to italy come to give others advice and what places to visit and give you the real info about places
