CHECK! w/ Pics - And BM gift ques

Took two of my girls shopping yesterday and I think we actually found their dress!!

Looks sooo much better in person, but it's going to be champagne on the top, chocolate belt, and burgundy on the bottom - hard to picture but they don't let you change the colors in the photo on the Eden site... grrr

So, I was thinking that, as part of their gift (or the whole gift) I would rent a hotel room the night before the wedding, have dinner catered, etc, then pay to have their hair / makeup done in the AM and give them a piece of jewelry to wear. Does that seem like enough?

Also, I have acquaintances that do hair / makeup, not as their job or anything but I know they're really good. Is it rude or too random to see if they'd be interested in being hired for my wedding? I always like to give business to people I know, but I don't want anyone to feel like they're being put on the spot... ?

love the dresses, and it'll be beautiful with those wine colors you mentioned. Very romantic!!

and I'm the same way as you, I'd rather give my business and money to a friend over than a professional, so ask them and see what they say. I'm sure they'll be pretty stoked!!

I actually asked a friend of mine on fridya if she would be interested in doing me and my girls makeup for the wedding, and she was thrilled! I'm going for a trial saturday night, so we'll see how that goes!

Love the dress! That is such a cute idea to do with the bm. And I would def. rather give business to someone i know!

If you have friends that do hair, of course ask them! Theyre prolly waiting for you to ask them TRUST ME... and if you dont they might be like... why didnt she ask me
