I was always told our rehearsal would be the Saturday before the wedding, and that they'd call us the month before. So I had planned for May 29 because that's the Saturday before. BUT.......May 29 happens to fall on Memorial Day Weekend. So FMIL wanted me to find out from the church, so she could make RD plans.
I called the church today, and they don't generally like to schedule so far in advance since the church might throw together last minute events. But as of now, our rehearsal is scheduled for May 29th

YAY! Where are you having your rehersal dinner? My church is in lynbrook and i have about 50 people who are going to the RD...I am having a hard time finding a place!!

That's great, Laura! Mike had to call on Tuesday to ask about the paperwork he needs from his church and they said they would call us the month before to schedule the rehearsal. How is that supposed to work?
