Checkity Check Check

Hey all! First of all, can I just say thank god this website is working again...I had to fill my wedding void by shopping I nearly used all of my budget!

In the meantime, I have had several checks and can't wait to update!

1- We completed Pre-Cana! It was actually a really nice weekend, talking and reflecting with other couples about why we were all getting married. The actual religious stuff that I was scared of being shoved down my throat was very minimal. It was kind of the modern day take on the whole thing which actually made me very excited for my catholic ceremony.

2- We got our wedding bands! Mine was double my budget, but his was $20 from tanga.com. A legit tungsten band, come on you cant beat it.

3- I got a postcard to arrange my first fitting! I am working hard with Weight Watchers to make this not nearly as scary as it could be.

4- I have been working hard assembling my semi-DIY invitations...will post photos when they are done.

5- the registry stalking has begun!

6- Made a 50% deposit at the reception site...so relieved that is done.

7-Our 6th anniversary was Sunday :) yay for still being in love and still being excited for this wedding!

I am so happy to finally feel like I am going through wedding planning. Being engaged for nearly 3 years made planning very calm, but sometimes too calm. I really thrive under pressure-- I love me some excel spreadsheets, schedules, and timelines. Happy all around!
