Whew- so went to Macy's today to switch out 2 sets of towels from the Shower for a different color and I got...
Ivory shirts (actually the color is 'Almond' from Geoffrey Beene in a Sateen finish) for the men in our wedding- dad, FFIL, FH, and the BM. BM is hard to shop for (size 18.5 36/37) but they had all the other sizes, and actually had his size at the central warehouse so I bought all (on sale for 50% off, plus an extra 20% coupon) and they will ship his directly to me. Whew. So now I am waiting for the green ties (backordered) to arrive and they are all done! Paid about $20 each for them! And they are the perfect color!
Got a bracelet for my MOH and her tiny wrists. The lady at the jewelry counter also had tiny wrists, so we ended up getting a blingy bracelet that stretches, so it should not fall off of her. 40% off plus an extra 20%. I think I paid like $22 for it!
I had also registered for a mattress pad that was being discontinued (but had great reviews). It was marked down from $160 to $39.99.....and they happened to have 1 left in the store, so I also got it plus 20% to go with my bedding that I ordered last night!
