Checks!

I made an appointment yesterday to inspect my dress now that it's in. I'll be going next Friday!!!

AND

Honeymoon is partially booked!

We went to Liberty Travel today and checked out prices for the Majestic Elegance in Punta Cana. We will be in the Elegance Club (adults only) which she said usually runs an extra $600. We got it for $200.
It's a junior suite with a jacuzzi in the room. FH really wants the swim up pool, so we'll see if we can upgrade later.

She tried pricing out the Universal Studios part of the trip but some of the info isn't in yet.

Yay!

Sounds like an amazing honeymoon...congrats!

It's so nice to have the support from all of you.
I'm so glad I joined when I did..

congrats!!

I was looking into DR also and I liked everything about the excellence resort except for the rooms, they don't look modern. I was looking into the majestic elegance but I dont see them having a honeymoon package, I know the excellence had private dinner, massages, chocolates, and other stuff like that do you know if the majestic has something like that?

I haven't seen that they offer something like that. I actually didn't even think to ask.

Congrats!!!!!! those are great checks!

I think you're thinking of the Excellence resorts.. there is one in the DR (Excellence Punta Cana) and two in Mexico (Excellence Riviera Cancun and Excellence Playa Mujeres). They aren't related to Majestic Excellence.
