Have had a busy few weeks and a few big checks. Booked our DJ at the LIW bridal show last month - Absolute DJ's! HUGE sigh of relief having booked that. Booked our harpist at another bridal show recently, very excited about that. And I planned our joint bachelor/bachelorette party on a city lights cruise.

All our friends are spread out all over the place, so it made the most sense to combine and have a party with all our couples friends in NYC. He is from CT and he didn't want to have a stag party there (doesn't like to be have a big deal made over him & all the attention), but I talked him into it - not just for the fun but for the money! CT Italian-Americans do these stag parties that you buy a ticket for (for raffles, food, drink) and it raises cash for the groom! I told him he HAS to have a CT stag party to get us some $! lol
