Checks all over the place= weight lifted!!!!

Two months in and booked the church (St. Patrick's in Bayshore) which might be my favorite check!! My knees got weak standing there!!
My second fav check so far has been Cheeky Glam! These girls absolutely eased so much stress and totally convinced my guy why we needed them!
Fox hollow was a no brainer! Bruce was great and I loved the Somerley!
Now narrowing a photographer and finalizing room blocks( the earlier we get this stuff done the better I will feel!!!!)
If it all goes like this I will be ecstatic!

I do love that church! It's beautiful! They're so nice and we knew it was 'the place' the only problem was the latest they'd do the ceremony was 2:30 which leaves a huge gap between ceremony and ch at 7:30 :(

You do want a few hours in btwn church and CH for pictures and travel time. But I totally understand.. 4 hours is a big gap. How far is the church from your RH? Is there anyway you push your CH up an hour?

Church is half an hour away from reception hall. We are doing a full mass but we're still considering an in between thing at the bar at the inn at fox hollow or something at my parents house. I'd love a place to go for pics but don't know of any

Argyle Park in Babylon is great or even down by the ferry/boat docks down the street from St Pats (I'm getting married there too - I went to the school across the street from prek - 8th grade). You could also go to Gardiners Park in West Bay Shore on Montauk Hwy. It's a park but if you walk down the trail you hit a small beach with the bridge to Robert Moses in the background.

Photographers I'm looking at, is Lighthouse, Patken, Duet, and Benchwerk. We met with Florio and he totally won FH over!! They had so much in common it was scary lol. I loved loved loved his work and him. With the time of year and weather being a possible issue, he made me certain that if anyone could get there HE would! He was a little out of our price range though so I'm still making the rounds.
Benchwerk came at the recommendation of some one I really trust and so far I really like benchwerk but they've been hard to get in touch with. Duet was another one unwilling to work with our schedule which left a bad taste in my mouth...but I still really like their work.
