we are having a 5 tier cake. they said it can feed up to 150 people.

we arent putting the bling on every tier so we needed a little under 4 yards.

i was going to kill the idea of bling on the cake because for the amount of rows i wanted (5-6) was so expensive everywhere.

they told me 3 tier.. but i asked for 4 to match my cardbox. im having 90-something ppl

i got 8 yards. its sqaure. that should be enough right? the guy at the bakery didnt know the approx. dimensions

when we went to the bakery they gave us the diameter of each tier. they wanted to make sure we bought the right amount of ribbon
then fh worked the numbers to figure out how many yards would be needed for each tier .
