I love this place but MAN what a drive - i only go when I visit my brother in Southold. You can try fairfields in plainview.

Gina, you can try southdown market in huntington ... if you are familiar with the village, it's on wall st, past waldbaums a bit on the left, just past a shopping center I think, maybe in one? They have awesome cheeses!
I have heard for a while that fairway in plainview (I think it's on old country rd?) has a great selection.
I looooove cheese so people tell me about good places to go

09'er crashing, but Ivaroni Bros. in Wantagh has a great cheese and Olive selection, not to mention sooooo many other yummy things. It's an Italian Supermarket type store. So yummy. It's in the Cherrywood Shopping Center on Wantagh Avenue.
