I tried this tonight and loved it! It is soooo easy to make too! I made it with soy crumbles (vegetarian) but the recipe normally calls for beef. I'll be making this again!
Serve up a salad with this family favorite! Think crunchy lettuce and fresh tomatoes for a great complement to this main dish.
1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. 2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper over high heat, stirring to break up the beef. Drain off any fat, then add the ketchup and cheese; mix well and pour into the baking dish.
3. Place the biscuits over the top and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden and cooked through.
