Cheesy???

Cheesy???

Is it cheesy to include BB&B and Linens n' Things coupons in with the bridal shower invites?

We went to BB&B to update our registry and the consultant was very informative about their coupon and return policies. Im making a little card for the invites informing guests about them accepting coupons from BB&B and L&Ts, their price matching, and that you can use multiple coupons on one transaction.

I get BB&B & L&T's coupons every week that I dont use so I figured I'd help our guests out.

i wouldnt include them in the invites but rather give them to your mom or MOH to distribute to guests if people are interested

Honestly, I dont think you should put anything in the invite re: the registries... Its just tacky... My mom actually got one in the mail today and they put in the registrys and i didnt like it soo much

Maybe some can drop hints that you have extra coupons if anyone should need any? You would be suprised- they may already have tons. You can interchange the coupons between stores and they never expire. I don't buy anything in those stores or online without a coupon

I wouldnt put the coupons in but like someone else said give them to your mom she can distribute them

I do not think it is tacky to put registry info in a SHOWER invite. everyone does it and frankly i dont feel like having to look at every registry website to find out where the person is registered and not everyone knows that they can use weddingchannel.com. people know you are going to register and they want to know where. I dont think parents want to field 50 class asking where youare registered

honestly, Jenn...I think everyone saves those BB&B coupons...I would be really surprised if people didn't know about them or save them. All the girls I work with have at least 10 in there purse at any given time.

I wouldn't include them in the invitations. Def. the registry cards though...I'd want to know where you were registered if I were invited.

i guess i'll let my mom let people know word of mouth. i'll save them for her though in case people ask if she has any.
