Fi bought me tickets for our anniversary and we saw it Saturday night. Melanie Griffith was Velma. I thought she did horrible she can not sing at all and her cartwheel at the end was pitiful. I was not very impressed. I heard it is better with Bebe Newsworth (Lilith from cheers)..

Did anyone like it??? I am not a big fan of Melanie's in the first place. She seems a bit dumb to me, that is why she played Velma i guess..

I liked it and I saw it with Bebe Neuwirth. To me it was 10 times better than the movie. JMO
