Chicas- your opinions PLEASE! BM Dresses

All right girls. I've given lots of thought to BM dresses...I'm very practical and with the economy in the toilet I do not want to stress my seven girls out. I also am not a fan of traditional BM dresses, I am looking for something fun yet elegant. I want my girls to feel fabulous.

These are two styles I've narrowed it down to. Please give me your opinions. I'm thinking of asking everyone for their sizes and ordering just after the holidays (I imagine David's will have a great sale). FH and I need to focus on finding a house, I really want to cross this item off the list.

I LOVE #1....that look is so pretty! And if thats the color even better! You have great taste. I also think #2 is something a guest could wear.

I'm going to use rich pink, lavendar and touches of ivory flowers. What about you?

I didn't get it yet. I had to wait because my MOH is teenie tiny and they have no 2 right now. I'm praying they get it back.

I'm using that deep purple and apple green.

I agree, they are different colors as well as different styles. I love the second one.

I choose the 2nd one, b/c it's different. I LOVE the fabric on the straps and under the bust. It just looks so classy. The first one is really nice too, but I am not a fan of one shoulder dresses, that is the only reason why I didn't choose it.

I think either way, your girls will look gorgeous in either of these dresses. :)
oohhh I didn't see that it was for a beachy theme lol
I think it's very elegant, and maybe a little too formal for a beachy , fun, atmosphere. I do like the first one more for that reason then.

i LOVE #1!!! but both are just gorgeous- i like the idea of having all your BM'S in #1 and you MOH in #2- mixing it up is a great idea..

both BEAUTIFUL dresses!!!

and i can see why most chose #1 bc it does look prettier on the model, however, the #2 is very pretty and (i dont know about your BMs but) I don't think the chest area of #1 will flatter girls with bigger chests as much.

I like the rich purple of the first one but I think one shoulder dresses dont look good on everyone. I like the second one bc it looks fun and would be a more flattering look on 7 girls.
Another deciding factor could be: which one looks better with your wed dress?

I love them both & I think I'd mix them both up depending on which looks better on each person. I love it!!

I'm in love with dress 1, however TO ME it feels like a dress you wear as a guest, not someone who is in the bridal party. These are people that are important to you, that's why you chose them to stand out and stand beside you and it just feels like they might blend in.
