Anyone have a recipe for chicken cordon bleu?? I think that's how you spell it!

as with most of my recipies I don't have exact measures, but here's the way I do it.
bonless Chicken breasts cleaned boars head ham alpine lace swiss eggs breadcrumbs butter
whip 3 eggs dip chicken in egg mix bread with seasoned bread crumbs take a thin slice of butter lay it on chicken breast 2 slices of ham 2 slices of cheese roll the breast up & secure with tooth picks bake on 325 for 30 minutes on a cookie sheet
we also do this with spinich & mozzarella

I make it the same way...but I put mustard on the chicken first then ham, cheese. I also make it a day or so ahead of time.
