Our RH offers this for kids (and grown-ups if they really want it).

Good question, I hadn't thought about it. Maybe, just put...'Children's entree available upon request' or something like that.

our RH did the menus, and there was no mention of the children's menu. but at tables where there were children, the waiter informed everyone that it was an option.

i wouldnt
how many kids are you having at your wedding? if it is only a few i might just call them and tell them or put a separate menu on the tables where there will be kids. Maybe just make it say..
