Chicken opinion-POLL

Which chicken dish would you prefer to eat? I can't pick the poultry option. I'd eat them all, but in reality I'll probably have the steak.
My chicken eating friends & family are split.

Anything but the kiev, yuck

I picke cornish game hen bc it's different option and not something you have often (at least I don't)

What's in chicken kiev? Heard of it, but can't remember how it's made

Really, why? I thought that would be the plainest & most accepted.

I say no kiev, b/c it not exciting. Florentine is always a great choice. however, I love duck! but, many poultry eaters do not, since it is darker and fattier, so probably the florentine is the best option to please the most people.

Game hen with rice is just not doing it for me...although i like hens...maybe if it was stuffed with something more interesting than rice I'd say go for it.

i always go with the simple chicken option because my family is really picky and not very adventurous.....so they usually order the chicken, scrape it off and eat just the meat......
(they're very boring people when it comes to eating.....my sister went to Italy and all she ate was salad and bread )

My friend had duck at his wedding & hardly anyone got it. I put it on the poll b/c it is on my list, but its the most unlikely at this point.
there are a few people that LOVE duck, but most of the people that eat poultry b/c they are picky, wouldn't eat duck.

So, do you think the florentine would be the easiet to scrape out? Its just spinach & cheese I think. The Kiev is butter, I think.

My mom is one of the scrape the inside out people.
She voted for the hen, but my grandmother & FMIL think it is too hard to eat for a wedding.

well, i wasn't sure what the kiev was, so i went with the florentine, which i love!
