FH eats NOTHING. Chicken cutlets, pasta, pizza, hotdogs, thats IT. What else can I do with some chicken? Maybe some sort of mexican-ish dish with rice or beans? Any suggestions? I'M SICK OF THE SAME 5 DINNERS.
chicken with salsa and sour cream is yummy and easy.
I make a whole roasted chicken either rubbed or marinated with lipton soup potatoes (small quartered red potatoes mixed with lipton onion soup mix and butter).
Chicken baked with a cracker/parmesan breading instead of regular bread crumbs is tasty too.
FH's step mom makes chicken and broccoli it had campbells mushroom soup and cheese over rice if you want the recipe i have it at home it's delicious!

You mean crush up crackers w/some parm cheese? He might go for that.

FH can sympathize with you...I'm picky and he'll eat sh*t on a plate if you gave it to him. BUt i've gotten better!

Marinate the cutlets in Zesty Italian Dressing (for a few days). Grill it or bake it, its delish!!!

Yep - I use the grated parm cheese b/c it's more crumb-like...

www.allrecipes.com has FABULOUS recipes that people rate. You can even start your own 'Recipe Box.' I've gotten so many great recipes. My FH only eats chicken as well.

does he eat ground chicken meat? we made taco bake last night - bought the ortega or el paso tortilla taco kit, layered the tortillas with ground chicken (taco seasoned), shredded cheese, and taco sauce. sour cream on the side
delish!

yummmmy I think we will try that tonight.
my sister is really picky & doesnt like anything either- so when she is over (like every night), I usually marinate chicken breasts with anything from lawrys or just plain olive oil and lemon is good too- our favorite marinade sounds gross but its awesome- you mix ranch dressing & teryaki sauce together and marinate chicken in it overnight & grill- its soooooo good.

He does, and so I can make chili, however, he does not like cheese, salsa, etc. Lately I just make 2 dinners b/c i cannot stomach sauce anymore.

Very interesting. Romano/parm are the only cheeses he'll eat unless its on a pizza...
