'chicken pot pie'

bake chicken.
dice it put in casserole dish. Add fat free or light cup of chicken broth and 1/2 cup each FF cream of chicken and or cream of brock.

add veggies.

mix ff milk per direction and bisquick and pour on top

bake 45 min to hour

awesome!!!

george foreman's always a good way to go.

sometimes i get really low calorie italian dressing and just grill it with some of that on it. or ill jsut eat it with lemon and pepper. or mmm... franks red hot.

I bake chicken breasts in the over with salsa on top of them and then throw on some no-fact or low-fat shredded cheese about 5 minutes before I take them out.

What is this 'Laughing Cow Chicken'?????



LAUGHING COW CHICKEN
4 SERVINGS 5 POINTS

4 4oz chicken breasts
1 package deli sliced ham
4 laughing cow cheese wedges
8 - 12 toothpicks
1/2 package shake n bake original
cooking spray.

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Pound chicken breasts to about 1/4' thick. Place 3 slices of ham on breast and spread one cheese wedge on top. Roll and secure with toothpicks. Place edge side down in sprayed baking dish and spray chicken with cooking spray. Sprinkle with shake n bake. Bake 45 minutes.




I make this all of the tome and my FH LOVES it!!!!!!!!!!!!
