My step-daughter & I tried this a few weeks ago-we eat alot of chicken & I'm always looking for something new.

boneless skinless chicken breats breaded & fried like chicken cutlets
Pillsbury ready made pizza dough
Jar or homemade sauce
shredded Mozzarella

cut pizza dough into squares(about 6)
place sliced cooked chicken cutlets inside
add sauce
cover with cheese
fold flaps like at the pizza place
bake on a cookie sheet or pizza pan for 25 minutes 325

sauce on the side for dipping

They were really easy, good & they would be perfect if you have leftover chicken cutlets you want to use.

I have done this before with leftovers! Soooo yummy!

I made these the other night and they came out great!!! They were so easy too.
