Does anyone here have little ones? I was just wondering if anyone does how they are incorportating them into the wedding/ceremony.
Our little guy will be just under 2 when we get married, and I know he will be too small to understand or follow any kind of direction, so I was thinking of ways to have him in the wedding..just wanted to get some ideas from others.
Thanks!

I've seen where people put the children in a wagon and have someone pull them...they decorate the wagon and everything. Its really very cute!!

Re: Children in wedding
one of our RBs will be just over 2 when the wedding rolls around (my nephew). I already know he's just going to be running down the aisle towards my brother and SIL but I think that's adorable when kids do that (I'm honestly mad I personally won't be able to see it! LOL). But maybe the other RB and FG will be able to hold his hand and they will make it down the aisle.

Re: Children in wedding
Our daughter will be 4 when we get married..she is going to be our FG and walk with our RB (4 as well)
Otherwise, I might have a family member or one of the BP members walk the kids down..I've seen it and it looks great

I was going to suggest that. We only have 1 flower girl and no ring bearer.... and i was begging FH sister to have a baby boy before the wedding so the flower girl can pull the baby boy down the aisle (I know---- a girl can dream though). it would just be too cute for words!

Maybe wait and see how well they take direction closer to the event. They may be able to walk themselves down the aisle. Otherwise, another member of you party can hold their hand and walk them...or even pull them in the wagon haha

If you have a family member that your son is comfortable with they can walk him down the aisle, one of my friends did that when she got married. Or doing the decorated wagon or stroller is very cute too

thanks ladies for the ideas! My FH wants to hold him in church, but im thinking that he wont stay put for that long. I think he would do better walking with my MOH (his godmother). We will see as it gets closer. I'm so excited, its going to be so cute!

Re: Children in wedding
I might be the craziest of the bunch but I am having ...
flowergirls - 6 year old, 3 year old, 1 year old ring bearer - 3 year old
I havent even started planning for that but I LOVE the idea of getting a classic car sort of thing to be drawn down the aisle. Any photos someone can post would be GREAT!

That is what I am doing. MY nephew will be the rb and he will only be 16 months at the wedding, so i am putting him in a wagon, and my mom will pull him in for the ceremony. For the reception entrance, he can go in with my parents or my sister (his mom).

Re: Children in wedding
Talk about little ones... on our guest list alone, under the age of like 12 we have about 20 lil' ones coming... Le sigh.
3 flower girls, 1 ring bearer... I feel like I should bring my puppy too! :-P
