answer vendors' phones. I just tried calling a vendor and a young child (sounded about 4 or 5) answered the phone. I asked for the vendor, by name, and the child just kept saying 'hello.' Then, the child began speaking in a language that was not English.
A moment later, the same number called me back. I assumed it was the vendor calling to apologize, but when I answered, no one spoke. The caller just sat there.
