Please do not eat this fish- it is almost extinct.. they are totally over farming it.
There are plenty of fish that replicate the taste of Chilean Sea Bass- like Monk Fish.
Good recipe is to baste with Honey and cook at 350 for 10 minutes per 6 ounces.
