I am considering making slipper baskets for my reception. I prefer the Chinese slippers over flip flops. I have about 200 guests coming to my wedding so I was thinking of getting 100 pairs of the slippers. I don't want to pay over $100.
Do you girls have any suggestions of places on Long Island that have these slippers in bulk and where I can cut a deal for 100 pairs for $100 even? Preferably on Long Island. Or if you know of any websites that sell these for cheap, I would look into that as well!

honestly the best prices i found were at 99cent stores, it ended up being more expensive trying to buy wholesale
you might have to hit up a few diff ones but thats the best price i found

or Canal st. in the city. I know ur looking for a place in LI, but its worth coming into the city to buy some cheap trinkets on Canal
ETA: it was a while ago, but I bought a couple of pair each for 99 cents downtown

def. hit up some 99cent stores. or if you go to little bodegas you might be able to negogiate and get them cheaper in bulk.

roosevelt ave and main street in flushing. they have them for 1$. im sure if u buy bulk u beat the tax(cash) and they might give u a break.

def Chinatown. if you buy bulk you made be able to haggle for less than $1 a pair and no tax. never take the price they give you originally. there's always room to negotiate. good luck!

I just ordered these from intertradecorp.com $18 for a dozen so they were like $1.50 a pair. Supposedly they shipped out today so hopefully they got it right.
