Chiropractors In Nassau County....

I mean, I can look em up under my insurance's website, but I just wanted to know if any of you know of one that gets the job done, and thats reputable. I have never been to one before, always stuck it out and dealt with the pain, but this time I MUST go. My back is in bad shape!

OMG I have such bad lower back and mid back pain. It's terrible. And I don't know how to explain it, but I feel like pinching and sqeezing in my mid back. Motrin isn't helping me, and I stretch in the morning, and nothing is helping

ouch, definitly sounds painful.. i dont know if a chriopractor would be the way to go?? have you seen your regular dr to?

He is great he helped my back pain - they also do a 15 minute back massage which is great. I would ask for the massage as well when you schedule an appt.

My mom has psyiatica, slipped discs, etc. etc.... basically the worst back in the world. she loves her chriropractor... i love him too.... he has helped me out a lot to with muscle pulls and when i slipped a disc in my neck out of place... OUCH!

He takes insurance... i know he takes my plan which is EMpire. Plus, he's really good at working with you in terms of paying when you can any balance your insurance might not cover.

You can try Nassau County Pain Mgmt. in Valley Stream on Central ave, 516-825-5400.
You will see a Physiatrist first (they specialize in the muscular skelatal system) and you can even get massage therapy done.

I used to work their for 7 years. My mom is the office manager there. Dr. Ragone is the best chiropractor!! He is really gentle.
I used to have theee worst back and neck pains from all my years of dancing. He really helped me alot.

It shouldn't be a negative experience, unless the Dr, you saw didn't know what he was doing.

Thanks girls, I have Empire, and am calling the offices you recommended to make sure they take my insurance. Wish me luck, I'm hoping to get in tomm. I just can't take this
