I am making chocolate lollipops for my rehearsal dinner which is 2 weeks from today
Does anyone know how far in advance you can make chocolate. The sooner I can make it the better. TIA

I would just be worried about it melting and if you refrigerate it it kinda turns white..but I'm not an expert chocolate maker!! just an expert chocolate eater!
