Chocolate brown chiffron bridemaid dresses?!

I'm considering a dark chocolate brown chiffron dress for the bridesmaids but the problem is, it seems that the fabric appears different under different lighting. I am not worried about my photographers pictures, I just don't want the girls to appear in weird shades in guests' pictures. Did anyone use a dark chocolate brown chiffron dress for the girls? How did it work out in terms of the non professional pics?

For my friend Laura's wedding the bridesmaids wore chocolate Jim Hjelm chiffon bm dresses. I only got a quick pic on my blackberry, they photographed like a deep espresso. But then again, it was a blackberry pic..
They were gorgeous though..
