hi, I am not doing it for my wedding but have done it soo much for my son's baptism, nephews birthday etc.. I know its hard to make it so close to the wedding but they taste best fresh.. I think you can make it like up to a week before the wedding and freeze them.. just make sure to take them out the day before so they defrost. If you need any other info please FM me :)
We did it for our e-party. We did it the easy (or was it lazy?) way, though. We ordered bars with pre-printed custom wrappers already on them. I don't have the website anymore, but my sister might. She is the one who gave it to me. Let me know if you want it.
