we're having 20 different passed o'dourves and 4 stations plus cold station w/curdite and cheeses.

4 stations are:
italian
craving
mexican
pan asian

Not sure on which passed yet (I think we get like 10?), but I think we will have the following stations. We finalize our menu next week!

Crudite
Carving
Pasta
Wok
Cold Italian Antipasto
Hot Italian Antipasto
Mashed Potato Bar
Mediteranean
Seafood (Raw bar thing)
