I live in upstate new york. I would like to have my wedding on Long Island. I am trying to decide on the Watermill Caterers in Smithtown and the East Wind Spa/resort in Wading River. Has anyone had a wedding in either that can give me feedback?
The East Wind is beautiful!! I've never been to a wedding there but just passing by it and from pics online it looks really nice. I would have considered it but its kind of pricey for me. The Watermill is nice. My friend got married there. The food was good and we had a great time.
try doing a search for both--you should get a lot of reviews
I'm having my reception at the Watermill and it's absolutely beautiful!!!! Everyone that works there is amazingly nice and I know a lot of people that have been there for weddings and they all rave about the food. FM me if you want more info on pricing and such. Good Luck!!
I have been to 2 weddings at the watermill...both were great and both were in different rooms so I was able to get a feel for the place. ALso a very good friend is a Bridal Attendant there and loves her job. I think that says alot when the staff loves the management and loves what they do.
