Chopsticks as the Favors

Just need opinions, I saw these black plastic chopsticks with hearts painted on them on some website... You get two sets, wrap them in tulle and attach a ribon that says, 'The Perfect Pair' and them you give out the personalized fortune cookies fortune cookies .

Opinions???

I think it's a very cute idea!! Especially if you are having an asian-themed wedding. You could even get the chocolate dipped fortune cookies that have the heart shaped sprinkles on them too... the website for that is e-fortunecookie.com

Good luck!

I like the fortune cookie idea...you know I love dessert.

I always use a fork and will never be able to master the art of using chopsticks. You know I am not coordinated!!

I love the chopstick idea too. I was also thinking of the chopstick idea but it was a little too risky for me since I will be having an asian wedding and I was afraid my guest would mistaken them for eating utensils and unwrap them and use them right there. (especially since I would have placed it on the table).

LOL!

I do not use them to eat, but I would probably use them to put my hair up with. I think it is important to see them in person because they may feel like cheap plastic utensils.

You are right, that's probably what I would do with them too!

Maybe I should order one set and see if I like them. I like the idea though.

A friend of mine had these beautiful wooden ones with darker, tinted engraving on them and they were wrapped with a 4x4' ceramic plate with like, willow designs on it. It was gorgeous! Even my FH (who took one for himself) uses the plate in his room to hold his watch or even a candle.
