Is anyone giving favors for their christening? If so what did you give? I'm trying to decide if I should. I saw some cute chocolate lollipops or cookie favors.

Re: Christening Favors
For my nephew's Christening, my SIL went to Lindt Chocolate in the Source Mall and got a little box of three truffles each. She put a blue ribbon on it and called it a day. I think they were about $3 each. And who doesn't like chocolate

My FSIL gave out little glass bassinet's that were filled with a pink gel candle and it was wrapped in tulle. It was very cute. For her first daughter she gave out mini glass booties that were filled with jordan almonds also wrapped in tulle

We just went to a Christening and they gave out little pots filled with seeds in them. So as the plant grows, you'll think of the baby growing. I thought it was very cute.

For my nephew's christening, my sister gave out flower bulbs. There were two bulbs in a white box with blue ribbon and a favor tag. She ordered them from some place online.

I HIGHLY recommend Flories Finales in Smithtown (I think it's www.floriesfinales.com). They have the most adorable cookies, but more important, they taste AMAZING! They were the favor for my baby shower and a couple of my friends shower and they were awesome!!!

Re: Christening Favors
Of course you dont have to give favors but if you want a quick idea, my SIL gave out African violets with a blue tulle ribbon tied around the pot. African violets are so inexpensive especially if you get them at Home Depot or a gardening place. I still have mine on the shelf from my nephew's christening (he's 3 1/2 now) and I always think of it as Jack's plant.
