Christmas Day Plans

what are yours???

FH has a really large family but they are all older so they have their own families and things going on. I am Jewish and while my mom still gives me a stocking still, thatll just be in the morning when I go over.

so we'll go into the city and have lunch at a nice restaurant and then go see the tree

Ugh......we'll be in the car alllllll day.

First, we do Christmas Eve dinner with my mom and then midnight mass. So we'll finally get home from church at about 2am. We'll crash and go to bed for a bit then wake up.

We have breakfast at FIL's house, usually around 10ish.

Then we come home, shower, change, etc.

Then we go to my sister's house for dinner with my sisters and my father.

Then we go to FH's Aunt's house for coffee and cake.

Then we finally go home and crash again.

I'll be at FIL's watching FSD open her presents and be completely ungrateful because she's overly spoiled, while FMIL throws veiled insults my way (probably) or is completely passive-aggressive over the small amt of presents we bought her (because we knew she'd go totally over the top).

Then I will try to get away from all those people so I can at least watch A Christmas Story one time through.

Breakfast will be good though...cinnamon rolls and bacon That'll be the highlight of my day.

we'll wake up around 9am from just a few hours of sleep (christmas eve is done with fh's family at midnight in new jersey and we normally don't leave there until 3am...ugh) and we'll open presents with my family and have breakfast with them, and then we'll come back here to shower and relax for a bit, then we'll head back to my parents' house in the late afternoon when my uncle comes over for dinner and we'll see our two friends at night for a bit because they live in new hampshire and will only be in town for one day...

Christmas eve- with my parents- my brothers,sister-in-law and neice and nephew. Typical italian Christmas Eve

Christmas Day at FMIL with FH. I will make a roast for us and watch some Christmas movies

We do a big Italian CE (seafood) at FH's great-aunt's house in Westchester with 9384985 of FH's family (hoping to change this soon )

Christmas day was usually big Italian dinner at my parents' or grandparents' houses but my parents moved to Cape Cod & so did my grandparents so FH & I will be driving up there Christmas day & stay til Sunday. My sis & her b/f my aunt, uncle, cousins, & another uncle are all going up too.

christmas eve i'll be having huge italian christmas eve dinner at my parents house with my godmother and family. last time it will be done this way probably since my parents are moving next month to maryland.
oh, and i'll be avoiding shellfish and being sad bc FH is working.

christmas day FMIL is having it at her house (which technically is also our house since we live upstairs). Since FH is working until 7pm (IF he gets out on time) I will be going to my sisters to spend it with my family and will meet him back at home when he gets home... and i guess we'll spend a little while with his family. and then he works again the next day.

christmas eve- big italian xmas eve dinner with my family, then go over to his aunt & uncle's house for dessert hopefully if we have time.. FH has to go into work at 10pm

christmas day- go to his grandma's

christmas eve, we our at my house with some of my family and then we do midnight mass and then go to the bar around the corner where my cousin bartends.

christmas day, we are at my house in the am and then go back and forth from my house to his moms to his dads , they only live within a 4 block radius.

Imgonna be all alone christmas day... my first year ever!!!! Fh is going back to kansas to be with his fam for the last year. I was gonna try to go back to ny but by the time. I get outta work and got on the road I wouldn't get back till midnight!! So its me and the puppy this year my folks are goonna drive out to see me on Saturday morning but still...I've never been alone. On christmas before
